jQuery.FontResize works by considering 800px the standard width at which fonts are shown at their natural size.
When the user accesses a page from a device with a window size different from this, the font size is increased or decreased to make sure takes fits snugly inside the user's screen.
Under the hood, jQuery.FontResize works by taking the browser window's current width and applying a multiplication factor to the font based on the preset value.
This way text shrinks or grows with the browser window in a consistent manor and makes sure text readability is not affected on mobiles or wide-screen devices (smart TVs).
A demo is included with the download package.

Limitations:
- Problems with nested tags, but these can be fixed via explicit size declarations.
