jQuery DialogExtend allows jQuery UI modal dialog windows to be minimized and maximized just like regular desktop windows.
These buttons support jQuery ThemeRoller themes and can be customized with ease.
Double-clicking the title bar (like on desktop OSs) will also minimize/maximize a window as well.
Examples and usage instructions are included with the download package.
