Coded on top of the Address picker jQuery plugin, this port reimplements the same behavior, but with support for Bootstrap UI elements.
What it basically does is to enable easy selection of known addresses using an auto-complete feature (via typeahead.js).
To get developers going, a demo is included with the download package.
