Jeoe Wallpaper Changer is a tool to change your desktop wallpaper automatically. You can add any pictures on your computer to the software, and specify a time (like 60 minutes), and software will changer the desktop wallpaper (every 60 minutes). The software uses catalog to manage your wallpapers, you can create catalogs for different wallpapers, and set up options to per catalog to show wallpapers with different styles. For example, you can set up your photos to fit screen width or height automatically, so the photos will show with original scale. You can use a cute background image to fill the blank space if the wallpaper is not enough to fill the screen. Instead use a solid color to fill the blank space, that looks more comfortable.
