ipaddr

ipaddr was developed internally at Google, being currently open sourced for the masses.

The library can be use for various operations:
- Create (generate) IP addresses
- Manipulate IP addresses
- Check if an IP is inside a range
- Detect public or private IPs
- Work with IP prefixes

Besides IP addresses, ipaddr can also handle network addresses as well.

What is new in this release:

• Fixed issue with ipaddr that incorrectly parses some v6 addresses.
• Fixed docstring typos.
• Added license to boilerplate to test-2to3.sh.
