The Internet Phone Quality Google Gadget periodically runs automated tests to determine current Mean Opinion Scores (MOS is an industry standard measurement of voice quality) relative to Actual Call Quality (ACQ) in real-time across various worldwide test locations to measure Internet phone quality.
