imPcRemote Professional is a remote support tool that enables instant and secure connections between remote computers over the web. This service is oriented not only towards large and medium sized businesses, but also towards the needs of small firms and ordinary PC users. This application lets you remotely control a desktop anywhere in the world, organize remote computers into groups, give your subordinates control over groups and remote PCs, display remote desktops and give their users help, transfer files between remote and local computers, send and receive text chat messages, and connect to several remote desktops at the same time.
The first step is the installation of a tray of applications on the other party's machine. This way you can connect to the remote computer without the other party's assistance. A manager program offers you ways of connecting which can be organized into groups according to your favor. It also enables you to register secondary users with restricted rights. Permission-based access: only those have access to your computers who know the username and password combination registered in Manager, be it the primary or a secondary user. imPcRemote Manager is required to group and give permissions for different user.
