The Image Tracking System has been designed for magazine and book publishers who purchase images to be used in their publications. The application suite tracks these purchased images throughout their life within the publishers organization, ensuring that at any time, all the images can be accounted for. The Image Tracking System is split in to two applications, the administrator edition allows the entry of field selection options, creation of user accounts, database maintenance, and source and agent entry.
The client application allows it's users to create tracking records to track images throughout their life, report on the image supplier usage, designer trends and publication information, report on what is scheduled to happen on that day and look up source and agent details.
