The user will be able to quickly setup a local video/audio HTML5 player with no Flash, no programming knowledge and with the usage of a simple PHP shortcode.
For browsers which can't render HTML5, the player will fall back on Flowplayer, a Flash multimedia player.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
Use the below shortcodes for media embedding.
Video: [video:url.mp4|url.ogv|url.webm image.jpg width height]
Audio: [audio:url.ogg|url.aac|url.mp3]
