Hover.css doesn't use any type of JavaScript code at all and is solely powered via the wonderful new features introduced in the recent version of the CSS standard, version 3.
The effects contained in the Hover.css package can be easily broken apart and used in any Web project, either one at a time, or two or more combined on the same page element for even more interactive effects.
The effects themselves can be applied to any page element, starting from the regular buttons, to links, text-based elements, form elements and so on.
Hover.css can serve as a go-to solution every time you need a cool hover effect, or it can be the base on which you create more effects yourself.
The Hover.css code is available in CSS and also in SCSS (formerly known as SASS).
