Rosemary Rinse for Oily Hair: 1/4 cup dried rosemary. Simmer rosemary in 1 1/2 cups of water; Strain mixture and discard rosemary; Use remaining mixture as the final rinse after shampooing. Or mix 2 cups of cider vinegar, 2 oz of lavender buds, 1 tablespoon of glycerin, 10 drops of rose geranium essential oil. Heat the vinegar to just below boiling point. Remove from heat and add the lavender buds.
