Heisenberg.js is not a full-blown framework in the classic definition of the term, but merely a basic boilerplate app that contains all the basic code needed for deploying a JavaScript-driven application.
Since JavaScript, the available tools, and the way developers use has been evolving at a high speed in the recent five years, it is quite hard to keep track of industry best practices and recommendations.
Heisenberg.js will help developers get going on one of their JS-centric applications by providing them with a basic file and folder structure, a template engine, a few useful libraries, and a basic landing (home)page.
Similar to what the HTML5 Boilerplate does with HTML 5 Web pages, Heisenberg.js deserves a closer look if you work with JavaScript on a daily basis.
