GtkEveMon is a skill monitoring standalone program for Linux. It is written in C++ and uses GTK for the GUI. With GtkEveMon you can monitor your current skills and your skill training process without starting EVE-Online, but of course, you still need a working internet connection. You will never miss to train your next skill!
GtkEveMon is inspired by EveMon, a character monitor and skill planner for Microsoft's .NET framework. Reportedly EveMon also runs unter Linux with Mono and some effort.
GtkEveMon is still in active development heads towards a stable version. Please test it and give me a report. Things that are currently not implemented are: Item browser, ship browser, etc. Some features will probably never be implemented, but it depends on the feature requests.
