The program allows you to capture contact information for potential customers who visit your booth at a trade-show. Very helpful for times when there are more visitors at your booth than you can handle. They type the info, so you aren't guessing at how to spell their name, or mis-hearing their email address, or scanning business cards with funny fonts. You set up your laptop, turn on the GreenTree - Tradeshow Contact Tool, and allow your visitors to submit their name / phone / email and comments. (we keep it simple), the purpose is to allow you to contact them. You are the sales person, if you care about other questions, you'll be able to get those answers once you "respond" to their inquiry.
