Ginkgo CADx is a open source application providing common generic features as visualization, dicomization, reporting, integration, import, export, print, and PACS communication. Ginkgo CADx convert conventional image formats like JPEG, png, tiff, bmp to dicom image format. Once imported you can easily calibrate image and use rule tool.
