ggtooltip.js is a tooltips component coded as a jQuery plugin, also capable of being used with Bootstrap applications.
Tooltips can be setup using JavaScript or some HTML5 data-* attributes right in the HTML code, and they can easily be skinned with CSS-based themes.
Developers can modify the tooltip's bubble color, the text's color, and the tooltip's placement relative to the hovered element.
Only raw text can be displayed inside a tooltip bubble, an optional border can be shown around the tooltip, and the component can be triggered either on hover or on click events.
A very raw demo is included with the download package.
