GetMapArea is digitizing screen image drainage area boundaries and stream lengths with centroids on free USGS downloaded topo maps. It reads the topo map from the Adobe Reader Windows clipboard or from jpg, bmp, gif, or wmf graphic files. Google Maps and USGS Map Viewer is included in full screen mode as a menu selection for display and capture. Boundaries and lines are set by mouse clicks. It saves boundary and stream coordinates to text file and annotated map to jpg or bmp graphic file.
