This means that whenever a visitor accesses a website, the icon (if available) will be delivered from the local server, not from the Gravatar system.

This improves page loading speed.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
