Full Page Menu works the following way. The menu, at page load is hidden and a special button is added to the page which can show the menu when needed.
This button works as a toggle, so when a user clicks it, it turns into a "Close" button for the newly displayed menu container.
Once the menu opened, it will immediately cover the entire area of the browser window, and present menu options as a vertical list.
Using a tab panel layout, multiple menu categories can be shown.
Pushing the "Close" button will hide the menu again and return the user to the previous page.
Full Page Menu works with both desktop and mobile devices.
A simple demo is also included with the Full Page Menu download package.
