Full Background Manager works by adding a new metabox to the bottom of the post and page editing screens.
This metabox can be used to upload a new image and use as the page's background, or just select one of the files from the site's Media Library.
Full Background Manager enables editors to use custom backgrounds on a per-page basis, letting them customize the site as they see fit.
Besides just selecting the image, editors can also customize the CSS background-attachment property, which will let them tile the background, set a no-repeat policy, or even make it work like a classic Twitter background in a fixed position.
