Form Maker (WordPress)

Form Maker was developed so site admins can easily build Web forms using an easy to use graphical interface.

This action can be performed from the WordPress administration panel, where admins can build as many forms as they want, in the format of their choosing.

The following form elements and fields are supported:

Text input

Google Maps (commercial version only)

Along with the form designer, Form Maker also logs the messages sent through each of its forms, presenting a summary in the WP backend where admins can come and review user feedback and their messages.

The commercial license of this plugin will allow administrators to build Web forms with more than five fields.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
