One of the requirements for a radio station is to have both Real and Shoutcast streams for their Web site. The way this works is that a dedicated computer plays the existing real audio feed and re-encodes it to the shoutcast server. Reals technology in their media player didn't allow for connection problems. The program is created to ensure that it is always playing, and to restart itself when there is a problem.
Requirements:
Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/2003 Server
