This package provides the necessary installation files of Extron TLP Pro 320M Touchpanel Firmware version 2.01.0000-b003.
New features/Fixes:
- Added Feature – Added support for TLP Pro 1022 Series touchpanels – The firmware now supports TLP Pro 1022 Series touchpanels.
- Added Feature – Support for passphrase protected SSL Certificates – The product now supports passphrase protected SSL certificates.
- Added Feature – Support for SFTP access – Support for SFTP access for both admin and user account types is now supported on port 22022. Previous support for SFTP on port 4522 is no longer supported.
- Added Feature –“User” account default password changed – The default “user” account password of “extron” has been added and will no longer allow the user password to be empty. A minimum of a single character is required.
If a deployed product with a blank user password is updated to firmware 2.01.0000-b002 or later, the product will continue to authenticate with the blank user password. If the user password is changed, it cannot be set back to blank. Performing a factory reset will set the user password to the new default “extron”.
- Improved Feature - Volume encoder knob performance on TLP Pro 320M – The responsiveness on the TLP Pro 320M volume knob has been improved.
Installation steps:
1. Power on a computer that is connected to the same network as the Touchpanel.
2. Download the firmware .exe file for the touchpanel and run it to extract the firmware.
3. Open your browser and type the IP address of the touchpanel unit into the address box. The browser opens the TouchLink panel web pages.
4. Click the Configuration tab at the top of the page
5. Select Firmware Upgrade from the bar on the left.
6. Use the Browse button to navigate to and select the firmware file that was saved in step 2.
7. Click Upload. The Touchpanel screen shows the message Firmware Uploading... Please Wait... . When the firmware is uploaded, the screen shows the message Restarting... . Once the firmware is installed, the panel can be calibrated using the on-screen menus or the TouchLink panel web pages.
