Equip

Equip is a flexible software solution, designed to help businesses manage their equipment. Equip enables you to accurately plan equipment and stock requirements, calculate future availability, allocate and track equipment. A built-in report generator enables quotes, orders, invoices and other reports to be produced at any time.

What is new in this release:

• The performance of the Diary and the Events List have been improved. The Diary now displays approximately 10x faster than previous versions. As part of this performance improvement the Diary has been changed so that it does not highlight Events that are obscured by other Events unless the 'Highlight Hidden Events' checkbox is selected. This setting may be toggled by clicking the checkbox on the form or by selecting the 'Highlight Hidden Events' option on the Diary context sensitive menu.
• A new context sensitive menu option has been added to the Structures List form to enable a user to jump from a selected Structure to view that Structure's allocations.
• New Quotations now have a blank Order date rather than a 'zero' date that appears as 31 December 1899.
• The Structure Usage report has been changed to sort the Structures into alphabetical sequence.
• When a 'Deposit' is manually entered on the Order form it is now saved with the Quotation / Order. An initial default percentage deposit can be set using the Tools/Options menu - each time a new Quotation / Order is created the percentage specified is used to calculate an initial deposit value from the Gross Total. The Orders List form now displays the Deposit value against each Quotation / Order.
