It is a very useful script to have around, especially if your looking to display ads or navigation links without cluttering the page when it loads.
Since the box shows up only when scrolling down the page, this can save up page space for displaying other more important content.
The script works by constantly sniffing the user's scroll bar position. When he gets near the bottom of the page, End of Page Slide Out Box will start to slide in a modal box displaying additional information.
By default this box slides out from the bottom right corner, but if you know basic HTML, JS and CSS, you can easily change its position to any other corner or sidebar.
Inside the box itself, developers can place whatever they want, not just ads or links to related articles.
