Easily view and scroll all book records using the data grid at bottom of main window. Delete single or multiple book records by selecting and highlighting records in the data grid. Comprehensive set of data fields enabling you to catalog a wide range of information: author, title, publisher, ISBN number, acquire from, total pages, category, rating, library type, cover type, book type, edition, date purchased and purchase price, current value, condition, copyright year, current value, status (on-loan, library checkout status), owner, location, loaner (library name), date returned, date borrowed, date due, image location, synopsis and more. Store book cover images. Find information quickly: Search in all fields with any combination of key words. Sort data by title, author, ISBN, copyright year, purchase date. Use the record reset on the main menu to refresh records in the data grid. Quickly reset the search field value to blank by using the clear option on the main menu.
