Duplicator

Duplicator was created with non-technical users in mind and will help developers migrate a blog from one location to another.

It features and easy to follow UI in the site's backend and can be used for backup purposes as well, not just transferring sites.

Duplicator also comes with backup filters, allowing developers to control what gets packed in each website snapshot.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
