Duplicate IP Scanner is a small, portable application that displays the IP, MAC and allocation type as it is currently saved in the ARP cache. Therefore, in case something seems fishy about these variables, then you can easily delete and refresh them with just one click.
The idea behind the program is to provide a very simple way to deal with a potential vulnerability to your system. In general, to clear the corrupt ARP cache, you need to access the Command Prompt with administrator privileges and use the netsh interface ip delete arpcache command.
