Dock Delight

Dock Delight removes the blue lights used by Leopard's Dock to indicate which applications are running, and replaces it with a small black triangle, similar to the one found in previous iterations of Mac OS X. It's not permanent and the blue lights can be swapped back easily.

OS X 10.5 Leopard is still a work in progress and this software was built using the current developer build available to ADC members as at 11th September 2007 - I have no idea whether or not it will work with earlier builds or indeed the final shipping version of 10.5 when it emerges.
