Disable Updates Manager

Disable All Updates works with no extra configuration needed.

As stated above. Just install and activate.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

To disable just one of the update types, the plugin's author offers this feature through other similar plugins:
Disable Theme Updates
Disable Plugin Updates
Disable WordPress Core Updates

What is new in this release:
