DHTML Ajax popup contact form

This script is basically a version of the "AJAX Contact form with Auto-responder" script, but which shows the contact form inside a modal, instead of embedded on the page.

All original features are supported, from the administration panel to the installation wizard.

For the CAPTCHA solution, this script uses ReCAPTCHA integration though, this being the only big major difference.

A working demo is included with the download package.
