I wrote Cubicles so that I could have multiple, switchable Desktops in Tiger. Works in Leopard, too. When switching Cubicles, icon positions and desktop pictures are preserved. Universal Binary (PPC or Intel).
What is new in this release:
- Corrects a problem in Leopard where the Cubicles folder's owner permissions spontaneously change from read write.
- Switches desktops silently. (In case you have sound effects turned on.)
- Permissions on the Cubicles folder now match permissions on Desktop folder.
- A missing desktop picture file will no longer cause an error.
