Crafty Social Buttons is made of two parts. One for adding social sharing buttons to a page, and one for showing a list of social networks where the site's owner is registered and can be found on.
The plugin also boasts a pretty easy to configure page in the WordPress backend.
Here webmasters can come and customize both the social sharing links and the social media accounts listing feature.
Each is managed independently and each includes support for different social networks.
Once everything setup properly, the social sharing links will appear automatically in the position the webmaster has designed them to.
Crafty Social Buttons is also available as a sidebar widget, being able to list both the social sharing toolbar and the social profile links.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
