With the Collaboration Addin for Outlook you can add information to an E-mail or Appointment/Meeting form with the click of a button. It provides you with up to four buttons you customize with your own text and hyperlinks. The buttons are added to both the E-mail and Meeting Forms. On E-mails you can add your logo (or any image). This addin is especially useful for, but not limited to, reservationless conference information. You don't have to waste time finding and entering phone numbers, passcodes, and URLS. No more typos delaying your conference. Since the buttons are on the Meeting form, scheduling a conference meeting is exactly the same process as scheduling any other meeting.
