CodeGuard is a software licensing tool and API. CodeGuard provides a means to set time, usage, or functional limits to software products. Provides the ability to create registration, upgrade, or trial extension keys and unlimited number of email & print templates to deliver keys. The console also offers a customer manager and a means to save sales information (payment types, fees, commissions) and offers the ability to run and save customer and sales reports.
