There's one truth to putting applications in the cloud: They increase traffic on your Internet connection. This is more relevant to email because your internal messages have to travel through the Internet. Since BPOS, Office 365 and Outlook alone don't provide effective mechanisms to control messages size, this is a challenge many companies are finding, and as bandwidths are upgraded, expenses rise. LinkSave is a very clean way to reduce messages size: It is an Outlook Add-in that controls message sizes, and can restrict delivery, based on per-domain settings you specify in our website. LinkSave is currently in Beta, and you can use it free of charge for as many users as you like.
