ClassyScroll allows developers to overlay their own graphics and designs over the OS-specific scroll bars.
The plugin works with both vertical and horizontal scroll bars.
While the first visible element is the new scrollbar style, jQuery ClassyScroll also works on a deeper level, helping to bring more control to the scrolling and scrollbar position on an over-flowing page element.
