Chop

This program is a lightweight and fast batch-mode jpeg image resizer meant for people on the go who don't want to carry around anything heavy or complicated. By default it resizes all .jpg files in the folder it is run from to 25% size and 75% quality and puts them in a separate folder named 'chop' leaving the original files unchanged.

You may adjust size and quality settings through its command line interface, for example: c:> chop -q80 -s50Which will chop all jpegs to 80% quality and 50% size. Quality is specified in % from 0 to 100 and size is specified in % from 1 to 1000. For sizes of 12%, 25%, 50% and 100% a faster and higher quality resize is performed.
