Caderno Portable U3

Caderno Portable U3 addresses the user experience rather than the available features. It provides the user with a kind of Firefox-like experience. It has all features from Microsoft's notepad. It includes tabs, Firefox-style search/replace/go-to-line bars, crash recovery, Unicode support, update notification, and session management. It also contains syntax highlighting, code and parameter completion for PHP functions, and line numbers and code folding for syntax highlighted tabs features.
