This tool updates your Brother machine main firmware via the internet, by sending the firmware to your machine from the Brother internet server.
Fixes:
- Change the printhead cleaning method to improve the print quality.
Follow the steps below to check the firmware version:
- Press * and # simultaneously.
- The firmware version is displayed on the upper left corner of the machine's display (LCD).
- The letter showing in the first or second location from the left represents the firmware version of the unit.
