Balloon OCX

Balloon OCX is a powerful ActiveX Control that allows you to create cool customized tool tips for your Visual Basic controls. Some advantages that Balloon OCX has over conventional tool tips: titles, multiple line text, icons, speech, sounds, and ability to set display time, delay time, font type/style/size, background color, and foreground color. Also, add tool tips to controls without a Tool tip Property (such as Scroll Controls HScroll and VScroll).
