With AMIS, you can keep records of the maintenance and expenses for practically any size fleet of vehicles. Numerous pre-defined reports list the maintenance/expense records for all vehicles, any selected vehicle, category or service provider, for any date range and show a total cost for the listed service items and are useful for tax and other business cost reporting. Other program features include data export in dbase format, a task scheduler for all the vehicles, on-line context-sensitive help, an on-line editable calendar which can also be printed out, built-in access to both the Windows calculator and notepad, and an easy-to-use install/uninstall procedure and sample files.
