Asparion Clock+ for Windows 8 is a clock which displays the time in a tile. The Clock+ version also supports more than one tile. You can select the timezone and the background color for each one. You do not need internet for this. It can choose the background color and customize it to your needs. It has eight different styles, 42 date/time formats, and supports different time zones.
