Apache Xerces Java XML Parser

The Apache Xerces Java XML Parser allows developers to read the content of XML files and optionally handle namespaces and serialized XML documents.
 
There's also support for XML validation, handling the XML DOM, XInclude and SAX (Simple API for XML).

This same project is also available for developers using Perl as their go-to programming language.
