AnimateScroll

The plugin supports three major options: the scroll speed, the animation type used and the extra padding added when reaching the desired scroll bar position.

AnimateScroll supports easing effects, meaning it can manage 30 or more different kind of animation types.

A small example and usage instructions are included with the download package.
