bz.js was created to allow developers to dig deep inside a Bugzilla installation and fetch various details that can be used in remote applications.
This is done by simple queries to the Bugzilla REST API, queries carried out with the help of a Node.js server.
The library is for use with Mozilla's Addon SDK only.
Supported operations:
Gets the configuration of a Bugzilla server
Retrieve a bug given a bug ID
Search and fetch an array of bugs
Search and get a count of bugs matching a query
Creates a bug and returns the ID of the newly created bug
Updates a bug with new bug info
Retrieve comments for a bug
Add a comment to a bug
Retrieve a list of changes for a bug
