ClockWallpaper is a clock as well as wallpaper for your desktop. You can always see the current time, and if necessary, an alarm system will prevent you from forgetting it. ClockWallpaper also utilizes modern video cards. You can use usual wallpaper, without clocks. Version 1.2.0.7 has an improvement of alarm system.
