SWIFT INVOICER is an unconventional-looking program to swiftly generate invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, quotation, credit notes, shipping slip and other similar documents in print-ready html format.
We created this program for our own use because quotation and invoice issuance were too time-consuming.
Some Features at a glance:
- Set layout for company name and address - Use company logo - Use single or multiple line textbox for Description - Use or omit discount for item rows - Add a charge or discount on subtotal. Set it as taxable or non-taxable - Add or omit sale tax to subtotal - Show or omit Paid & Balance amounts - Add all kinds of information in the NOTE box at the bottom of the document - Add 'Goods and Services Received' field - Print barcode of document no. at the bottom. In future, scan this barcode with a barcode scanner into the saved file drop-list to open the document. - Insert image and special characters in 'Note:' box - Choose row borders for item rows in html - Hide money values or just show Balance amount to collected - Prices in fields like subtotal, sale tax, paid, balance and total are auto-calculated when you generate the html document from it. - You can choose to view the html document in the internal browser or an external one. - Compact and backup the database - Delete old records

Move a row up or down by clicking on a button provided on a row. Greatly speeds up your work. This is a very useful function which enables you to quickly re-order your item rows or to move a row to the bottom so that it can be removed by either blanking it or by regenerating just enough rows for valid items. Format Description and Note fields : Highlight Font Name, Color, Style, Size Bullet Indent ...
