GPS3D lets you navigate a 3D textured-map model of the earth. You can point at various area of the planet and get it to download maps from the internet and "stick" them onto the 3D model. It can also connect to a GPS receiver unit and display trips, current position, and satellite trajectories. It lets you measure distances on the earthe's surface.
