heatRate

heatRate provides an alternative to showing rating histograms or the classic average vote metric, which most of the times don't reflect the true quality of rated item.

This plugin shows the rating which got the most votes using a heatmap color graph, showing a darker red color for where most votes have been submitted, and color colors where fewer votes have gone.

This gives users a clue of the item's real quality and what it meant to most users.

heatRate is a much precise way of showing user rating feedback than an average rating, which most of the times gives too much leeway to extreme votes.

A demo is included with the download package.
